Northwest Engineering Services (NES) specializes in civil engineering, electrical engineering, project management, conceptual through final design, permitting, hydroelectric power services, contract administration, construction oversight, and quality control for all types of civil projects.

QUALITY
Quality control and inspection programs (QCIP) must be independent from the contractor to ensure the
projects are built to plan. NES provides this service with its own team members made up of
our staff, local material testing labs, and inspectors.
